Creative Direction & Consulting
All services are provided based on agreed project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Clients agree to:
Provide clear and accurate project requirements
Share all necessary materials (logos, content, references, etc.) on time
Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
Delays in communication may result in project delays.
All services are provided on a paid basis unless stated otherwise
A partial or full upfront payment may be required before project initiation
Remaining payments must be cleared before final delivery of assets
Payments once made are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed
Projects include a limited number of revisions (as agreed before starting)
Additional revisions or changes outside the scope may incur extra charges
Major changes after approval of initial concepts may be treated as a new project
Final deliverables become the property of the client after full payment
Brandif retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, social media, and marketing materials
Any unused concepts remain the property of Brandif
If a project is canceled after initiation, no refunds will be issued for work already completed
Brandif reserves the right to cancel a project if there is a breach of terms or inappropriate conduct
Brandif shall not be held liable for:
Any business losses resulting from the use of our designs
Delays caused by third parties or client-side issues
All client information and project details are kept confidential and will not be shared without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
Brandif reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
